Using Yaddu SMP means you agree to follow these Terms, our server rules, and any additional policies published by staff.
You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft and Discord accounts.
Sharing accounts is done at your own risk.

Breaking these rules may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Cheating or hacking
Exploiting bugs or glitches
Duping items
Using macros or auto-clickers where prohibited
Ban evasion
Account boosting
Impersonating staff
Purchases are made to support the server.
Virtual items, ranks, and perks may change as the server develops.
Unless required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in account suspension or permanent bans.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily make the server unavailable.
All custom content, branding, logos, artwork, and server assets created for Yaddu SMP remain the property of Yaddu SMP/Yaddu Network or their respective owners.
Minecraft is owned by Mojang Studios. Yaddu SMP is an independent community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Staff may issue warnings, mutes, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other appropriate penalties for rule violations.
Attempts to evade punishments may result in additional action.
Yaddu SMP is provided "as is." We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, technical issues, or damages arising from your use of the server, except where required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Yaddu SMP after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
